In the past years we have been awarded the ISO 9002 quality award and the Investors in People accolade. Now this year we have been put forward for the small business section in the Aer Lingus Viscount Awards.
These awards are celebrating the economic links of businesses between Northern Ireland and Great Britain. These businesses are playing a vital role in the economic development of Northern Ireland. This is the third year the awards have been running and every year they are building on the growing reputation. The awards ceremony is taking place on the 23rd February 2011 in Harvey Nichol’s renowned ‘Fifth Floor Restaurant’, London. There are seven different sections within the awards and these are Most Innovative Company, Entrepreneur of the Year, Company of the Year (small, medium and large business categories), Best Exporter of the Year, and The Aer Lingus Viscount Award for Overall Excellence. In the category Cunningham covers have been placed in there are two other companies.
The Company of the Year Award recognises the most entrepreneurial small, medium and large company that has excelled in all functions of their business. The winners of these awards will have shown significant commitment to producing and marketing a product or service that proves to be both successful and to have contributed to the Northern Ireland/ Great Britain commercial relationship. Cunningham covers have certainly delivered on this, they have emerged as the market leader in producing the highest quality tarpaulins and curtain sides available. Cunningham covers are now widely know to the general public and are growing on the business they are receiving.
